Southern Asset Management

Meet the team powering Southern Asset Management’s success

As we celebrate three incredible years since SAM’s launch, we’re taking a moment to reflect on our journey and shine a well-deserved spotlight on the brilliant team behind it all.

What began as a bold idea has grown into a multi award-winning, family-run business. We’ve built something special with heart, purpose and a steadfast commitment to putting people before profit. Small but mighty, we’re proud of what we’ve achieved, and even more proud of who we’ve achieved it with.

At SAM, we’re more than just a team -we’re a family. Each member brings something unique and together we’re building a business with lasting impact.

From right to left:

Ryan Southern, Business Support Manager and one of SAM’s founding team members, ensures our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Julie Burniston, our newest hire, joins as Head of Business Development & Communication. Julie tells the SAM story and nurtures strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Sophie Lawson, Office Coordinator, is our organisational powerhouse who keeps the office running like clockwork and ensures all our accreditations and certifications are spot-on.

Poppy Southern, Operations Coordinator, manages logistics, equipment and the day-to-day essentials that keep everything moving.

Steve Southern, CEO and founder, leads SAM with clear vision, purpose and passion.

David Taylor, Operations Manager, ensures every project is delivered to the highest standards with care, precision and on time.

If you’re looking to partner with a team that truly puts people first, drop Julie a line at julie@southetnasset.co.uk – we’d love to hear from you!
